2. Verify scaling by placing a credit card in the marked rectangle

3. Cut out the paper sizer carefully

4. Wrap around your wrist at the thickest point

5. Note the number indicated by the arrows

1. Take a piece of string or ribbon

2. Wrap it around the thickest part of your wrist

3. Mark where the end meets

4. Measure the length in inches/centimeters
