SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
All orders are fully insured and shipped via FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer a different delivery method, please email us at orders@fiametta.com prior to placing your order, and we will try our best to update your shipping preferences.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
In-stock items will ship within 2-5 days. Made-to-order items will ship within 6-8 weeks. Custom order timelines will be quoted at time of purchase. All orders are processed with 2nd Day Air shipping unless otherwise specified.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada. Contact orders@fiametta.com to see if we can arrange a special order for you.
We will try our best to accommodate changes to your order as long as the order hasn’t shipped and it’s within 48 hours of placing the order. Contact orders@fiametta.com for assistance.
RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@fiametta.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject line to start the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and will be subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REPAIRS
Our repair policy covers all defects due to materials or workmanship for one year. Accidents happen, and we can help arrange repairs due to normal wear and tear at cost. Repairs can take up to 4-6 weeks.
NON-RETURNABLE/CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom pieces are final sale. This includes customizations like engraving, gold color, or special order sizes.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Email orders@fiametta.com with any concerns or specific exchange-related requests.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@fiametta.com.
